How is Easy Bill & Route different than other programs?
High-level programs have many features that are required for large operations but are not necessarily needed when running two to five trucks. For examle, fleet maintenance, a dispatch scheduling system, interfaces to onboard scales, tracking invoices, and the ability to customize reports are all valuable but are not completely necessary in performing the functions of tracking services, getting out the bills, or answering customer questions. And in these areas (tracking services, getting out bills, answering customer questions), Easy Bill & Route is as good or better (and easier to use) than most high-level software.

What type of computer is required?
There is no special equipment needed to run Easy Bill & Route. It will run on any standard PC that is able to run Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows 98. Most Windows 95 computers will also be able to run Easy Bill & Route.

What reporting capabilities come with Easy Bill & Route?
Over one hundred standard industry reports come with Easy Bill & Route.

How long can we keep customer charge and payment history?
You can keep virtually an unlimited amount of history for each customer. There is no need to do 'purges' or anything else that wipes out customer history. This is due to the efficient method that is used to store information.

What sort of payment options does Easy Bill & Route offer?

You should not buy any system (including ours) without first seeing a demo of exactly how everything works. Make sure that the person doing the demo shows you (and not just tells you) how the system works. If they cannot show you how it works, it means it is too complicated for them to even use.
